1. Rental Agreement
By renting the Insta360 camera, the renter agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions. The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
2. Rental PeriodThe rental period starts at the time the unit is released.A full day rental is based on a 24-hour period unless otherwise agreed.
3. Security Deposit (₱1,000)A refundable security deposit of The deposit may be partially or fully forfeited in case of:Water damage (if not waterproof-rated use)
4. Equipment Responsibility
The renter agrees to:Handle the Insta360 camera with care.Use only the provided accessories.
The renter is fully liable for loss, theft, or irreparable damage during the rental period.
5. Damage & Replacement PolicyMinor damage: Repair cost will be deducted from the deposit.If repair cost exceeds ₱1,000, the renter must pay the remaining balance.
6. Usage Restrictions
The renter shall NOT:Use the camera for illegal activities.Attach the camera to unsafe mounts (motorbikes without secure mount, extreme stunts without proper setup).
7. Data & FilesThe renter is responsible for backing up their files before returning the unit.SD card must be returned in good condition.
8. Weather & Force Majeure
The company is not liable for cancellations or unused rental time due to:Bad weatherTour cancellations beyond company control
9. Identification Requirement
A valid government-issued ID is required before release of equipment.
10. Acknowledgment
By signing below/ replying "Terms Accepted", the renter confirms: They have inspected the unit. They agree to all rental terms stated above.
